Q: What are your receiving hours?
A: Each facility has different receiving hours. To schedule a time slot for receiving your product load, please visit our dock scheduling portal.

Q: Directions to the warehouse.
A: We would encourage you to find the appropriate facility on our Facilities page and use a common mapping app on your smartphone to navigate to our facilities.

Q: How do I go about getting my product distributed by Wil Fischer Companies
A: You can e-mail orders@wilfischer.com with details about your product. A member from our brands team will contact you with any further details that may be necessary.

Q: What open positions exist? A: We would encourage you to join our Talent Community to see what open positions exist at any given time. Q: How can I check on the status of my application? A: By joining our Talent Community portal you’ll be able to view your application status under the “My Applications” section.

Q: Do we have a gift shop?
A: We shut our on-site gift shop down in 2007. If you would like to order clothing and other items, we would recommend visiting the websites of our supplier partners.

Q: Do you provide charitable donations or sponsor events in the area?
A: We receive dozens of requests per month for donation and sponsorship opportunities. In order to provide us with the details of your particular opportunity, please fill out our Charitable Donation Request Form

Q: Do you buy/sell empty kegs?
A: We do not sell empty kegs out of our facilities. We will pay $10 at any of our facilities for an empty keg.

Q: How do I become a customer?
A: Once you have obtained a liquor license from the state, you can fill out our New Retailer Setup Form

Q: How do I obtain a liquor license?
A: Every state has different forms and processes that need to be followed. For Missouri, you can visit the Alcohol Control website and for Kansas, you can visit their Liquor Licensing page.

Q: What counties do you serve?
A: The easiest way for you to see our territory footprint, is to visit our Territory page.

Q: How do I get setup for ordering online?
A: We offer a best-in-class online ordering tool called BEES US. You can download the BEES US app from the App/Play Store for your smartphone. To set up your BEES account, you’ll need an e-mail address, your zipcode, your retailer ID and a past invoice number (both of these items can be found on a past invoice).

Q: Can I pick up product at the facility?
A: Absolutely. To pick up alcoholic beverages, you’ll need to bring your liquor license. A picture or photocopy of your liquor license is not considered legal proof of an active liquor license.
